DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Take 1 Tablets Daily.
For the treatment of severe pimples and acne we recommend 1 to 3 tablets daily or as prescribed by health care provider.

Not intended for use during pregnancy and recommended from 13 years of age.

Great for skin conditions

I have been taking 2 tablets daily for the last 3 weeks and the appearance of my psoriasis on my scalp is looking a lot less irritated and red. I really think that this is down to using a combination of Zinplex and Vit D as it's the only change I've made in my personal routine. Very happy thus far.
